Our Ownership Culture Committee travels to our offices across the islands engaging directly with employees about the ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan). By highlighting the benefits of being an employee owner, we aim to significantly strengthen our ownership culture.
ESOP Game
The ESOP game is designed to help employees easily understand how ESOPs work as they collaborate with team members on making business decisions for an ESOP company. It’s a fantastic opportunity to connect with fellow employee-owners from different departments and enjoy a fun, engaging experience.
ESOP Golf Tournament
After our annual ESOP meeting, we host an exclusive golf tournament for our employees. This event offers a great chance for employees to unwind and enjoy a friendly, engaging game of golf.
ESOP Annual Meeting
Our Annual ESOP Meeting event provides updates on our ESOP company, including insights from various committees. Alongside these updates, we also organize engaging activities that foster fun and camaraderie among attendees.
Spirit Week
Spirit Week was a blast, bringing employees together through themed dress-up days. Each day had a unique theme, adding a burst of excitement and creativity to the week-long celebration.
ESOP Breakfast
To kickstart their workday, employees participated in a creative breakfast-making session featuring ingredients that start with the letters E-S-O-P during Employee Ownership Month. It was a delightful way to energize everyone and spark some morning fun!
Scavenger Hunt
The scavenger hunt for our employees was an exciting adventure around the island, filled with challenges that involved solving riddles and interpreting clues. One of the highlights was riding Hawaii’s first rapid transit system, the Skyline. It was an exhilarating way to explore and have fun together!
ESOP Jingle Challenge
Employee-owners put their singing and dancing talents to the test by creating their own ESOP jingle. It was amazing to see so much creativity and enthusiasm come to life!
